Imdaad’s workforce includes over 11,000 employees from nearly 50 nationalities. Equal opportunity, career development and safe, purpose-built facilities support a culture defined by respect, wellbeing and practical action.

Policies are shaped to promote fair access to growth. The Want-a-Change programme enables cross-functional career progression, supported by training and internal mobility. Diversity targets are measured quarterly, with a focus on increasing representation among non-dominant nationalities.

Conduct and culture are reinforced through the Amana Code of Ethics, which defines the standards expected across all levels of the Group.

Manzeli Staff Accommodation

Manzeli, meaning “My Home” in Arabic, is Imdaad’s custom-built labour accommodation. Developed in four phases and spanning 120,000 sqm, it houses over 3,000 employees in safe, clean and comfortable conditions.

Facilities include spacious rooms, large kitchen and dining areas, free Wi-Fi, and indoor and outdoor recreational spaces. Air-conditioned buses are used to transport staff between work and accommodation.

Accommodation supervisors and inspectors live onsite to support welfare and ensure facility upkeep. Feedback is gathered annually via the Employee Satisfaction Survey to inform improvements.

Taqdeer Award

Imdaad is the only facilities management company to receive a 5-star rating from the Taqdeer Award. The recognition was given to just five companies out of 425 applicants, highlighting Imdaad’s commitment to employee care and ethical practice.
