Imdaad Al Batinah is a joint venture between Imdaad Group and Be’ah, Oman’s environmental authority. Services include municipal waste collection for over 800,000 people in North Al Batinah and ten states in the Governorate of Musandam.
Delivery is supported through local partnerships, door-to-door collection models and a workforce trained to meet national environmental targets. Operations are aligned with Be’ah’s strategy for sustainable waste management across Oman.
The service includes all stages of waste collection and management. Over 30,000 bins have been distributed to provide residents with proper disposal options. A fleet of 120+ vehicles runs scheduled routes using compactors, skip loaders and dump trucks. Transfer stations are managed carefully as part of the logistics process, and landfill sites in Sohar and Khasab are maintained to meet environmental standards. Regular public awareness campaigns are also delivered to support community participation and help protect Oman’s natural environment.
