Learning and development at Imdaad is structured to support employee performance, customer satisfaction and safe service delivery. Over 2,000 sessions are delivered each year, covering technical training, environmental safety, hygiene, soft skills and quality.

Training plans are aligned with business goals and department KPIs. Content includes mandatory onboarding, EHSQ standards, and job-specific upskilling. Additional training programmes were developed to support health protocols and risk prevention during the pandemic, with company-wide testing and vaccination made available to all employees.

Cleaning staff are trained by professionals certified by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc), a global leader in vocational cleaning standards. Courses focus on safety, hygiene, and performance, helping to ensure effective service delivery at every site.
