We strongly believe in the importance of integrating socially beneficial programs and practices into a our business model and culture as a part of paying back to the local society, as well as attracting positive attention to certain issues and causes.
CSR efforts aim at achieving the following:
- Increasing employee loyalty.
- Raising awareness towards certain environmental and / or social causes.
- Positive involvement with the local community.
Employee involvement in CSR activities is encouraged with 20% employee participation targeted and tracked as a Balanced Scorecard KPI.
